Sahih Muslim 4370
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ النَّوْفَلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا قُرَيْشُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ، بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، عَضَّ يَدَ رَجُلٍ فَانْتَزَعَ يَدَهُ فَسَقَطَتْ ثَنِيَّتُهُ أَوْ ثَنَايَاهُ فَاسْتَعْدَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا تَأْمُرُنِي تَأْمُرُنِي أَنْ آمُرَهُ أَنْ يَدَعَ يَدَهُ فِي فِيكَ تَقْضَمُهَا كَمَا يَقْضَمُ الْفَحْلُ ادْفَعْ يَدَكَ حَتَّى يَعَضَّهَا ثُمَّ انْتَزِعْهَا " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Imran b. Husain : Un homme a mordu la main d’un autre. Celui-ci a retiré sa main et une ou plusieurs dents de devant de l’autre sont tombées. L’homme qui avait perdu ses dents porta l’affaire devant le Messager d’Allah ﷺ, qui dit : « Que veux-tu que je fasse ? Veux-tu que j’ordonne à l’autre de mettre sa main dans ta bouche et que tu la mordes comme un chameau ? (Si tu veux une représaille, la seule façon serait) que tu mettes ta main dans sa bouche, qu’il la morde et que tu la retires. »
