Sahih Muslim 4348
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا بُشَيْرُ، بْنُ يَسَارٍ الأَنْصَارِيُّ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ نَفَرًا مِنْهُمُ انْطَلَقُوا إِلَى خَيْبَرَ فَتَفَرَّقُوا فِيهَا فَوَجَدُوا أَحَدَهُمْ قَتِيلاً . وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ وَقَالَ فِيهِ فَكَرِهَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُبْطِلَ دَمَهُ فَوَدَاهُ مِائَةً مِنْ إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ .
Traduction
Rapporté par Bushair b. Yasar al-Ansari رضي الله عنه d’après Sahl b. Abu Hathma al-Ansari : Des hommes de sa tribu sont partis à Khaybar, se sont séparés, et ont retrouvé l’un d’eux tué. Le reste du hadith est le même. Il a été dit à ce sujet : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ n’a pas accepté que son sang soit perdu. Il a payé une compensation de cent chameaux de Sadaqa
