Sahih Muslim 4351
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ، شِهَابٍ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ . وَزَادَ وَقَضَى بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَيْنَ نَاسٍ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فِي قَتِيلٍ ادَّعَوْهُ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ .
Traduction
Rapporté par Ibn Shihab avec la même chaîne de transmetteurs, avec cette précision : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a jugé selon la Qasama entre les Ansar (et vous) à propos d’un musulman tué pour lequel ils accusaient les Juifs
