Sahih Muslim 4724
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ " أَلاَ كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ فَالأَمِيرُ الَّذِي عَلَى النَّاسِ رَاعٍ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ وَالرَّجُلُ رَاعٍ عَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْهُمْ وَالْمَرْأَةُ رَاعِيَةٌ عَلَى بَيْتِ بَعْلِهَا وَوَلَدِهِ وَهِيَ مَسْئُولَةٌ عَنْهُمْ وَالْعَبْدُ رَاعٍ عَلَى مَالِ سَيِّدِهِ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْهُ أَلاَ فَكُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ " .
ترجمہ
عبیداللہ بن عمر ، ایوب ، ضحاک بن عثمان اور اسامہ ( بن زید لیثی ) سب نے نافع سے ، انہوں نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا تم میں سے ہر شخص حاكم ہے اور ہر ایك سے سوال ہوگا اس كی رعیت كا ( حاكم سے مراد منتظم اور نگراں كار اور محافظ ہے ) پھر جو كوئی بادشاہ ہے وہ لوگوں كا حاكم ہے اور اس سے سوال ہوگا اس كی رعیت كا كہ اس نے اپنی رعیت كے حق ادا كیے ان كی جان و مال كی حفاظت كی یا نہیں اور آدمی حاكم ہے اپنے گھر والوں كا اس سے سوال ہوگا ان كا اور عورت حاكم ہے اپنے خاوند كے گھر كی اور بچوں كی اس سے ان كا سوال ہو گا اور غلام حاكم ہے اپنے مالك كے مال كا اس سے اس كا سوال ہوگا . غرض یہ ہے كہ تم میں سے ہر ایك شخص حاكم ہے اور تم میں سے ہر ایك سے سوال ہوگا اس كی رعیت كا
