حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُحَارِبٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ، عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ تَزَوَّجْتُ امْرَأَةً فَقَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " هَلْ تَزَوَّجْتَ " . قُلْتُ نَعَمْ . قَالَ " أَبِكْرًا أَمْ ثَيِّبًا " . قُلْتُ ثَيِّبًا . قَالَ " فَأَيْنَ أَنْتَ مِنَ الْعَذَارَى وَلِعَابِهَا " . قَالَ شُعْبَةُ فَذَكَرْتُهُ لِعَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ فَقَالَ قَدْ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ جَابِرٍ وَإِنَّمَا قَالَ " فَهَلاَّ جَارِيَةً تُلاَعِبُهَا وَتُلاَعِبُكَ "
Traduction
Rapporté par Jabir ibn ‘Abdullah رضي الله عنهما : Je me suis marié, et le Messager d’Allah ﷺ m’a dit : « T’es-tu marié ? » J’ai répondu : « Oui. » Il a demandé : « Avec une vierge ou une femme déjà mariée (veuve ou divorcée) ? » J’ai répondu : « Avec une femme déjà mariée. » Il a dit : « Pourquoi ne pas avoir épousé une jeune fille, pour que tu puisses t’amuser avec elle et qu’elle s’amuse avec toi ? » Shu’ba a dit : « J’en ai parlé à ‘Amr b. Dinar, et il a dit : “J’ai aussi entendu Jabir mentionner cela, que le Prophète ﷺ a dit : ‘Pourquoi n’as-tu pas épousé une jeune fille, pour que tu puisses t’amuser avec elle et qu’elle s’amuse avec toi ?’” »
