Sahih Muslim 3575
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ جَاءَ عَمِّي مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ يَسْتَأْذِنُ عَلَىَّ فَأَبَيْتُ أَنْ آذَنَ لَهُ حَتَّى أَسْتَأْمِرَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَلَمَّا جَاءَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قُلْتُ إِنَّ عَمِّي مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ اسْتَأْذَنَ عَلَىَّ فَأَبَيْتُ أَنْ آذَنَ لَهُ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " فَلْيَلِجْ عَلَيْكِ عَمُّكِ " . قُلْتُ إِنَّمَا أَرْضَعَتْنِي الْمَرْأَةُ وَلَمْ يُرْضِعْنِي الرَّجُلُ قَالَ " إِنَّهُ عَمُّكِ فَلْيَلِجْ عَلَيْكِ " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Aïcha رضي الله عنها : Mon oncle par allaitement est venu me demander la permission d’entrer, mais je ne la lui ai pas donnée avant de demander l’avis du Messager d’Allah ﷺ. Quand il est arrivé, je lui ai dit : « Mon oncle par allaitement m’a demandé la permission d’entrer, mais je ne la lui ai pas accordée. » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a alors dit : « Tu ferais mieux de laisser entrer ton oncle. » J’ai dit : « C’est la femme qui m’a allaitée, pas l’homme. » Il a répondu : « C’est ton oncle, laisse-le entrer. »
