Muwatta Malik 1412
وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنِ الْعَلاَءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ السَّلَمِيِّ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنِ اقْتَطَعَ حَقَّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِيَمِينِهِ حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ وَأَوْجَبَ لَهُ النَّارَ " . قَالُوا وَإِنْ كَانَ شَيْئًا يَسِيرًا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ " وَإِنْ كَانَ قَضِيبًا مِنْ أَرَاكٍ وَإِنْ كَانَ قَضِيبًا مِنْ أَرَاكٍ وَإِنْ كَانَ قَضِيبًا مِنْ أَرَاكٍ " . قَالَهَا ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ .
Traduction
Abou Oumama a rapporté que l'Envoyé d'Allah (salallahou alayhi wa salam) r (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) a dit: «Celui qui, faisant un faux serment, réussit à s'emparer du bien d'un musulman, Allah lui interdira d'entrer au Paradis, et l'intégrera à l'Enfer». On lui demanda: «Même s'il s'agit de quelque chose insignifiant, Ô Envoyé d'Allah»? Il répondit: «Même s'il s'agit d'une simple branche d'arak», reprenant cela pour trois fois». Remarque: l'arak, genre d'arbuste, dont on se sert des branches, afin de faire les siwaks, qui servent à se brosser les dents». Chapitre IX Le serment fait devant le minbar (la chaire)
