God! You are the Lord of the world, You grant the country to whom You will and deprive the country to whom You will, You honor whom You will and humiliate whom You will. Everything is good in your hands, you are able to do everything. You turn night into day and day into night. You bring the living out of the dead and the dead out of the living. You give sustenance to whom you will without reckoning.
