Sahih Muslim 5825
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النَّاقِدُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اقْتُلُوا الْحَيَّاتِ وَذَا الطُّفْيَتَيْنِ وَالأَبْتَرَ فَإِنَّهُمَا يَسْتَسْقِطَانِ الْحَبَلَ وَيَلْتَمِسَانِ الْبَصَرَ " . قَالَ فَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَقْتُلُ كُلَّ حَيَّةٍ وَجَدَهَا فَأَبْصَرَهُ أَبُو لُبَابَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُنْذِرِ أَوْ زَيْدُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ وَهُوَ يُطَارِدُ حَيَّةً فَقَالَ إِنَّهُ قَدْ نَهَى عَنْ ذَوَاتِ الْبُيُوتِ .
Terjemahan
Dan telah menceritakan kepadaku ['Amru bin Muhammad An Naqid]; Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] dari [Az Zuhri] dari [Salim] dari [Bapaknya] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Bunuhlah semua ular, terutama ular bergaris dua putih di punggungnya dan yang putus ekornya, karena keduanya dapat menggugurkan kandungan perempuan hamil dan membutakan mata." Kata Salim; 'Karena itu [Ibnu 'Umar] membunuh setiap ular yang ditemuinya. Pada suatu ketika [Abu Lubabah bin 'Abdul Mundzir] atau [Zaid bin Khaththab] melihatnya sedang mengejar ular hendak dibunuhnya. Abu Lubabah berkata; 'Sesungguhnya telah dilarang oleh Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam membunuh ular-ular yang bersarang di rumah-rumah
