Sahih Muslim 4552
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ، سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَرَّقَ نَخْلَ بَنِي النَّضِيرِ وَقَطَعَ وَهِيَ الْبُوَيْرَةُ . زَادَ قُتَيْبَةُ وَابْنُ رُمْحٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِمَا فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ { مَا قَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ لِينَةٍ أَوْ تَرَكْتُمُوهَا قَائِمَةً عَلَى أُصُولِهَا فَبِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ وَلِيُخْزِيَ الْفَاسِقِينَ}
Terjemahan
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yahya bin Yahya] dan [Muhammad bin Rumh] keduanya berkata; telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Al Laits] dan telah menceritakan kepada kami [Qutaibah bin Sa'id] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Laits] dari [Nafi'] dari [Abdullah], bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pernah membakar dan menebang kebun kurma milik (Yahudi) Bani Nadlir di Buwairah, lalu Allah Azza Wa Jalla menurunkan ayat: '(Apa saja yang kamu tebang dari pohon kurma (milik orang-orang kafir) atau yang kamu biarkan (tumbuh) berdiri di atas pokoknya, maka (semua itu) adalah dengan izin Allah; dan Karena dia hendak memberikan kehinaan kepada orang-orang fasik) ' (Qs. Al Hasyr:)
