Sahih Muslim 4463
وَحَدَّثَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَشْعَثِ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ أَخَذَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَمَا أَخَذَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ أَنْ لاَ نُشْرِكَ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا وَلاَ نَسْرِقَ وَلاَ نَزْنِيَ وَلاَ نَقْتُلَ أَوْلاَدَنَا وَلاَ يَعْضَهَ بَعْضُنَا بَعْضًا " فَمَنْ وَفَى مِنْكُمْ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَمَنْ أَتَى مِنْكُمْ حَدًّا فَأُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَتُهُ وَمَنْ سَتَرَهُ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ فَأَمْرُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ إِنْ شَاءَ عَذَّبَهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ غَفَرَ لَهُ " .
Terjemahan
Dan telah menceritakan kepadaku [Ismail bin Salim] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Husyaim] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Khalid] dari [Abu Qilabah] dari [Abu Al Asy'ats Ash Shan'ani] dari ['Ubadah bin Shamit] dia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pernah mengambil sumpah setia kepada kami sebagaimana beliau mengambil sumpah setia terhadap kaum wanita, yaitu; hendaknya kami tidak menyekutukan Allah dengan sesuatu apapun, tidak mencuri, tidak berzina, tidak membunuh anak-anak kami, dan tidak melemparkan kedustaan antara satu dengan yang lain. Barangsiapa menepati janji tersebut maka pahalanya ada bersama Allah, dan barangsiapa melanggar batasan tersebut maka akan ditegakkan had atasnya, yaitu sebagai kafarah (denda). Namun siapa yang Allah tutupi perbuatan tersebut (tidak diperlihatkan kepada orang-orang), maka urusannya terserah kepada Allah; jika menghendaki Allah akan menyiksanya, namun jika menghendaki Allah juga akan mengampuninya
