حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ الضَّرِيرُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ مَا كُنْتُ أُقِيمُ عَلَى أَحَدٍ حَدًّا فَيَمُوتَ فِيهِ فَأَجِدَ مِنْهُ فِي نَفْسِي إِلاَّ صَاحِبَ الْخَمْرِ لأَنَّهُ إِنْ مَاتَ وَدَيْتُهُ لأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لَمْ يَسُنَّهُ .
Terjemahan
Telah menceritakan kepadaku [Muhammad bin Minhal Ad Dlarir] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yazid bin Zurai'] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan Ats Tsauri] dari [Abu Hashin] dari ['Umair bin Sa'id] dari ['Ali] dia berkata, "Aku tidak suka jika menegakkan hukuman kepada seseorang peminum khamer sampai dia meninggal, sebab jika sampai meninggal maka negaralah yang akan membayar diyatnya, dan Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam tidak pernah mencontohkan yang demikian itu."
