Sahih Muslim 4366
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ، بَشَّارٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، قَالَ قَاتَلَ يَعْلَى ابْنُ مُنْيَةَ أَوِ ابْنُ أُمَيَّةَ رَجُلاً فَعَضَّ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ فَانْتَزَعَ يَدَهُ مِنْ فَمِهِ فَنَزَعَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ - وَقَالَ ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثَنِيَّتَيْهِ - فَاخْتَصَمَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " أَيَعَضُّ أَحَدُكُمْ كَمَا يَعَضُّ الْفَحْلُ لاَ دِيَةَ لَهُ " .
Terjemahan
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] dan [Ibnu Basyar] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Ja'far] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] dari [Qatadah] dari [Zurarah] dari ['Imran bin Hushain] dia berkata, "Ya'la bin Munabbih atau Ibnu Umayyah berkelahi dengan seorang laki-laki, lalu salah seorang dari keduanya menggigit tangan lawannya, ketika orang yang tangannya digigit melepaskan tangannya (dengan menarik), maka gigi orang yang mengigit itu pun tanggal. Kemudian kedua-duanya mengadu kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau pun bersabda: "Mengapa kamu menggigitnya seperti kuda jantan? Tidak ada diyat dari gigitanmu itu." Dan telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] dan [Ibnu Basysyar] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Ja'far] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] dari [Qatadah] dari ['Atha] dari [Ibnu Ya'la] dari [Ya'la] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam seperti itu
