Sahih Muslim 1948
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ رُومَانَ، عَنْ صَالِحِ، بْنِ خَوَّاتٍ عَمَّنْ صَلَّى مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ ذَاتِ الرِّقَاعِ صَلاَةَ الْخَوْفِ أَنَّ طَائِفَةً صَفَّتْ مَعَهُ وَطَائِفَةٌ وِجَاهَ الْعَدُوِّ . فَصَلَّى بِالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ رَكْعَةً ثُمَّ ثَبَتَ قَائِمًا وَأَتَمُّوا لأَنْفُسِهِمْ . ثُمَّ انْصَرَفُوا فَصَفُّوا وِجَاهَ الْعَدُوِّ وَجَاءَتِ الطَّائِفَةُ الأُخْرَى فَصَلَّى بِهِمُ الرَّكْعَةَ الَّتِي بَقِيَتْ ثُمَّ ثَبَتَ جَالِسًا وَأَتَمُّوا لأَنْفُسِهِمْ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ بِهِمْ .
Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yahya bin Yahya] ia berkata, saya telah membacakan kepada [Malik] dari [Yazid bin Ruman] dari [Shalih bin Khawwat] dari [seorang] yang pernah shalat Khauf bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pada hari Dzatur Riqa'. Bahwa satu kelompok berbaris satu shaf di belakang beliau, sementara kelompok yang lain berjaga-jaga dengan menghadap ke arah musuh. Maka beliau pun shalat satu raka'at bersama kelompok pertama, kemudian beliau berdiri dan tetap berdiri, lalu kelompok pertama tadi menyempurnakan shalatnya masing-masing dan bubar kemudian membuat shaf untuk menghadapi musuh. Setelah itu, datanglah kelompok kedua sehingga beliau shalat bersama mereka satu raka'at, kemudian beliau duduk, sementara mereka menyempurnakan shalatnya masing-masing, baru kemudian beliau salam bersama mereka
