Sahih Muslim 4503
وَحَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَبَّانُ بْنُ هِلاَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَرَبِيعَةُ الرَّأْىِ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ، مَوْلَى الْمُنْبَعِثِ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ، خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ أَنَّ رَجُلاً، سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ ضَالَّةِ الإِبِلِ . زَادَ رَبِيعَةُ فَغَضِبَ حَتَّى احْمَرَّتْ وَجْنَتَاهُ . وَاقْتَصَّ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِ حَدِيثِهِمْ وَزَادَ " فَإِنْ جَاءَ صَاحِبُهَا فَعَرَفَ عِفَاصَهَا وَعَدَدَهَا وَوِكَاءَهَا فَأَعْطِهَا إِيَّاهُ وَإِلاَّ فَهْىَ لَكَ " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhani : Un homme a demandé au Messager d’Allah ﷺ au sujet d’un chameau perdu. Rabi’a a ajouté : Le Prophète ﷺ s’est tellement fâché que ses joues sont devenues rouges. Le reste du hadith est le même. Le narrateur a ajouté : « Si le propriétaire (de l’objet) se présente et reconnaît le sac, le nombre et la corde, rends-le-lui ; sinon, il est à toi. »
