Sahih Muslim 4501
وَحَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ الأَوْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ بِلاَلٍ - عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ، مَوْلَى الْمُنْبَعِثِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيَّ، يَقُولُ أَتَى رَجُلٌ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ . غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فَاحْمَارَّ وَجْهُهُ وَجَبِينُهُ وَغَضِبَ . وَزَادَ بَعْدَ قَوْلِهِ " ثُمَّ عَرِّفْهَا سَنَةً " . " فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِئْ صَاحِبُهَا كَانَتْ وَدِيعَةً عِنْدَكَ " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhani : Un homme est venu voir le Messager d’Allah ﷺ. Le reste du hadith est le même, mais avec cette variante : Son visage et son front sont devenus rouges, il était contrarié ; et il a ajouté après les mots : « Il doit l’annoncer pendant un an, et si son propriétaire ne se manifeste pas, alors c’est un dépôt chez toi. »
