Sahih Muslim 4254
وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَرْحٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ، عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَنْهَاكُمْ أَنْ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ " . قَالَ عُمَرُ فَوَاللَّهِ مَا حَلَفْتُ بِهَا مُنْذُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْهَا ذَاكِرًا وَلاَ آثِرًا .
Traduction
Rapporté par ‘Umar b. al-Khattab رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Allah, le Grand et Majestueux, vous interdit de jurer par vos pères. » ‘Umar رضي الله عنه dit : « Par Allah, je n’ai plus jamais juré (par mon père) depuis que j’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ l’interdire, ni pour moi-même ni pour quelqu’un d’autre. »
