حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَوْسِ بْنِ الْحَدَثَانِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَقْبَلْتُ أَقُولُ مَنْ يَصْطَرِفُ الدَّرَاهِمَ فَقَالَ طَلْحَةُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ وَهُوَ عِنْدَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ أَرِنَا ذَهَبَكَ ثُمَّ ائْتِنَا إِذَا جَاءَ خَادِمُنَا نُعْطِكَ وَرِقَكَ . فَقَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ كَلاَّ وَاللَّهِ لَتُعْطِيَنَّهُ وَرِقَهُ أَوْ لَتَرُدَّنَّ إِلَيْهِ ذَهَبَهُ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْوَرِقُ بِالذَّهَبِ رِبًا إِلاَّ هَاءَ وَهَاءَ وَالْبُرُّ بِالْبُرِّ رِبًا إِلاَّ هَاءَ وَهَاءَ وَالشَّعِيرُ بِالشَّعِيرِ رِبًا إِلاَّ هَاءَ وَهَاءَ وَالتَّمْرُ بِالتَّمْرِ رِبًا إِلاَّ هَاءَ وَهَاءَ" .
Traduction
Rapporté par Malik ibn Aus ibn al-Hadathan : Je suis venu en demandant qui voulait échanger des dirhams contre mon or. Talha ibn Ubaydullah رضي الله عنه, qui était assis avec ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab رضي الله عنه, a dit : « Montre-nous ton or, puis reviens plus tard. Quand notre serviteur viendra, nous te donnerons tes dirhams. » Alors ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab رضي الله عنه a dit : « Pas du tout. Par Allah, donne-lui ses dirhams tout de suite ou rends-lui son or, car le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : “L’échange d’argent contre de l’or comporte de l’intérêt, sauf si cela se fait sur place ; le blé contre le blé comporte de l’intérêt, sauf si cela se fait sur place ; l’orge contre l’orge comporte de l’intérêt, sauf si cela se fait sur place ; les dattes contre les dattes comportent de l’intérêt, sauf si cela se fait sur place.” »
