وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، . أَنَّهَا اشْتَرَتْ بَرِيرَةَ مِنْ أُنَاسٍ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ . وَاشْتَرَطُوا الْوَلاَءَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ وَلِيَ النِّعْمَةَ " . وَخَيَّرَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَكَانَ زَوْجُهَا عَبْدًا وَأَهْدَتْ لِعَائِشَةَ لَحْمًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَوْ صَنَعْتُمْ لَنَا مِنْ هَذَا اللَّحْمِ " . قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ تُصُدِّقَ بِهِ عَلَى بَرِيرَةَ . فَقَالَ " هُوَ لَهَا صَدَقَةٌ وَلَنَا هَدِيَّةٌ " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Aïcha رضي الله عنها : Elle avait acheté Barira auprès des gens des Ansar, mais ils avaient posé la condition que le droit d’héritage leur reviendrait. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dit alors : « Le droit d’héritage revient à celui qui fait le bien (qui affranchit). » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ lui donna aussi le choix (de rester mariée ou de rompre son mariage). Son mari était un esclave. Barira offrit aussi de la viande à Aïcha comme cadeau. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dit : « J’aimerais que tu nous prépares un plat avec cette viande. » Aïcha répondit : « C’est une aumône donnée à Barira. » Il dit : « C’est une aumône pour elle et un cadeau pour nous. »
