حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُمَرُ، بْنُ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي الْخُوَارِ أَنَّ نَافِعَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ، أَرْسَلَهُ إِلَى السَّائِبِ ابْنِ أُخْتِ نَمِرٍ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ شَىْءٍ، رَآهُ مِنْهُ مُعَاوِيَةُ فِي الصَّلاَةِ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ . صَلَّيْتُ مَعَهُ الْجُمُعَةَ فِي الْمَقْصُورَةِ فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ الإِمَامُ قُمْتُ فِي مَقَامِي فَصَلَّيْتُ فَلَمَّا دَخَلَ أَرْسَلَ إِلَىَّ فَقَالَ لاَ تَعُدْ لِمَا فَعَلْتَ إِذَا صَلَّيْتَ الْجُمُعَةَ فَلاَ تَصِلْهَا بِصَلاَةٍ حَتَّى تَكَلَّمَ أَوْ تَخْرُجَ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَمَرَنَا بِذَلِكَ أَنْ لاَ تُوصَلَ صَلاَةٌ حَتَّى نَتَكَلَّمَ أَوْ نَخْرُجَ .
Translation
Rapporté par ‘Umar b. ‘Ata’ b. Abu Khuwar : Nafi‘ b. Jubair l’a envoyé auprès d’al-Sa’ib, fils de la sœur de Namir, pour lui demander ce qu’il avait vu de la prière de Mu‘awiya. Il a répondu : « Oui, j’ai prié le vendredi avec lui dans la Maqsura. Quand l’imam a terminé la prière, je me suis levé à ma place pour accomplir la prière surérogatoire. Quand il est rentré (dans son appartement), il m’a fait appeler et m’a dit : “Ne recommence pas ce que tu as fait. Quand tu as accompli la prière du vendredi, n’enchaîne pas avec une autre prière avant d’avoir parlé ou d’être sorti, car le Messager d’Allah ﷺ nous a ordonné cela et de ne pas combiner deux prières sans avoir parlé ou quitté l’endroit.” »
