حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ الْبَرَّاءِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ قَدِمَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَصْحَابُهُ لِصُبْحِ رَابِعَةٍ يُلَبُّونَ بِالْحَجِّ، فَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَجْعَلُوهَا عُمْرَةً إِلاَّ مَنْ مَعَهُ الْهَدْىُ. تَابَعَهُ عَطَاءٌ عَنْ جَابِرٍ.

Rapporté par Ibn `Abbas : Le Prophète ﷺ et ses compagnons sont arrivés à La Mecque le matin du 4 Dhul-Hijja en récitant la Talbiya (Ô Allah ! Nous obéissons à Tes ordres, nous répondons à Ton appel...) avec l’intention d’accomplir le Hajj. Le Prophète ﷺ a ordonné à ses compagnons de prendre l’Ihram pour la ‘Umra à la place du Hajj, sauf pour ceux qui avaient un sacrifice avec eux
