O Allah! The Lord of the seven heavens and the things they overshadow! And Lord of the seven lands and the things they bear! And the devils and their lords whom they have led astray! And Lord of the winds and the things they blow. I ask You for the good of this city, its inhabitants and the things in it (the city), and I seek refuge in You from its evil and from the evil of its inhabitants and from the evil of (the things) that They are among them.
