Sahih Muslim 5215
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، سَمِعَهُ مِنْ، سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعَثَهُ وَمُعَاذًا إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ لَهُمَا " بَشِّرَا وَيَسِّرَا وَعَلِّمَا وَلاَ تُنَفِّرَا " . وَأُرَاهُ قَالَ " وَتَطَاوَعَا " . قَالَ فَلَمَّا وَلَّى رَجَعَ أَبُو مُوسَى فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ لَهُمْ شَرَابًا مِنَ الْعَسَلِ يُطْبَخُ حَتَّى يَعْقِدَ وَالْمِزْرُ يُصْنَعُ مِنَ الشَّعِيرِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " كُلُّ مَا أَسْكَرَ عَنِ الصَّلاَةِ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ " .
Terjemahan
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin 'Abbad] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan] dari ['Amru] ia mendengar dari [Sa'id bin Abu Burdah] dari [ayahnya] dari [kakeknya], bahwa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mengutusnya bersama Mu'adz ke negeri Yaman, lalu beliau bersabda kepada keduanya: "Berilah kabar gembira dan mudahkanlah setiap urusannya, ajarilah dan jangan kamu membuatnya lari." Dan sepertinya beliau juga bersabda: "Dan janganlah kalian berdua saling berselisih." Ketika Abu Musa kembali, maka dia berkata, "Wahai Rasulullah, sesungguhnya mereka (penduduk Yaman) terbiasa membuat minuman dari madu yang direbus hingga mengental dan minuman keras yang terbuat dari tepung?" Maka Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Setiap sesuatu yang memabukkan (menghalangi dari) shalat, maka hukumnya haram
