Sahih Muslim 4574
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، قَالَ هَذَا مَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَذَكَرَ أَحَادِيثَ مِنْهَا وَقَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ أَتَيْتُمُوهَا وَأَقَمْتُمْ فِيهَا فَسَهْمُكُمْ فِيهَا وَأَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ عَصَتِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَإِنَّ خُمُسَهَا لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ ثُمَّ هِيَ لَكُمْ " .
Terjemahan
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ahmad bin Hanbal] dan [Muhammad bin Rafi'] kemduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdurrazaq] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ma'mar] dari [Hammam bin Munabbih] dia berkata; hal ini sebagaimana yang pernah diceritakan oleh [Abu Hurairah] kepada kami dari Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, kemudian dia menyebutkan beberapa hadits yang di antaranya adalah, bahwa Abu Hurairah berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Negeri mana saja yang kalian taklukkan tanpa pertempuran, maka kalian mendapatkan bagian atas harta rampasannya, dan negeri mana saja yang kalian taklukan dengan peperangan, maka seperlima harta rampasanya untuk Allah dan Rasul-Nya, kemudian sisanya untuk kalian semua
