Sahih Muslim 3782
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، . أَنَّهَا اشْتَرَتْ بَرِيرَةَ مِنْ أُنَاسٍ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ . وَاشْتَرَطُوا الْوَلاَءَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ وَلِيَ النِّعْمَةَ " . وَخَيَّرَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَكَانَ زَوْجُهَا عَبْدًا وَأَهْدَتْ لِعَائِشَةَ لَحْمًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَوْ صَنَعْتُمْ لَنَا مِنْ هَذَا اللَّحْمِ " . قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ تُصُدِّقَ بِهِ عَلَى بَرِيرَةَ . فَقَالَ " هُوَ لَهَا صَدَقَةٌ وَلَنَا هَدِيَّةٌ " .
Terjemahan
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakar bin Abi Syaibah] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Husain bin 'Ali] dari [Za`idah] dari [Simak] dari [Abdurrahman bin Qasim] dari [ayahnya] dari ['Aisyah] bahwa dia membeli Barirah dari keluarga orang Anshar, namun mereka mensyaratkan hak perwalian. Maka Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Hak perwalian itu bagi orang yang memerdekakannya." Lalu Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam memberikan pilihan, saat itu suaminya adalah seorang budak, dan dia pernah menghadiahkan daginga kepada Aisyah, maka Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Sekiranya kalian membuat makanan dari daging ini." 'Aisyah berkata; "Ini adalah daging yang disedekahkan kepada Barirah." Maka beliau bersabda: "Daging itu untuknya adalah sedekah sedangkan untuk kita adalah hadiah
