Sahih Muslim 3675
وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ السَّخْتِيَانِيِّ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا الصَّهْبَاءِ، قَالَ لاِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ هَاتِ مِنْ هَنَاتِكَ أَلَمْ يَكُنِ الطَّلاَقُ الثَّلاَثُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَاحِدَةً فَقَالَ قَدْ كَانَ ذَلِكَ فَلَمَّا كَانَ فِي عَهْدِ عُمَرَ تَتَايَعَ النَّاسُ فِي الطَّلاَقِ فَأَجَازَهُ عَلَيْهِمْ .
Terjemahan
Dan telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Sulaiman bin Harb] dari [Hammad bin Zaid] dari [Ayyub As Sakhtiyani] dari [Ibrahim bin Maisarah] dari [Thawus] bahwa Abu As Shahba` berkata kepada [Ibnu Abbas]; Beritahukanlah kepadamu apa yang engkau ketahui! Bukankah talak tiga (yang di ucapkan sekaligus) pada masa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan Abu Bakar dinyatakan hanya jatuh talak sekali? Jawab Ibnu Abbas; Hal itu telah berlaku, dan pada masa pemerintahan Umar, orang-orang terlalu mudah untuk menjatuhkan talak, lantas dia memberlakukan hukum atas mereka (yaitu jatuh talak tiga dengan sekali ucap)
