Sahih Muslim 3667
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ، بَشَّارٍ قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، قَالَ طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَتِي وَهْىَ حَائِضٌ فَأَتَى عُمَرُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَخْبَرَهُ فَقَالَ " مُرْهُ فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا ثُمَّ إِذَا طَهَرَتْ فَلْيُطَلِّقْهَا " . قُلْتُ لاِبْنِ عُمَرَ أَفَاحْتَسَبْتَ بِتِلْكَ التَّطْلِيقَةِ قَالَ فَمَهْ .
Terjemahan
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] dan [Ibnu Basyar]. Ibnu Al Mutsanna mengatakan; Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhamamd bin Ja'far] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] dari [Anas bin Sirin] bahwa dia pernah mendengar [Ibnu Umar] berkata; Saya pernah menceraikan istriku yang sedang haidl, lantas Umar mendatangi Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan melaporkan kepada beliau, maka beliau bersabda: "Suruhlah dia rujuk, jika istrinya telah kembali suci, maka ia boleh menceraikannya." Maka saya bertanya kepada Ibnu Umar; Apakah engkau memperhitungkan talak tersebut? Dia menjawab; Memangnya kenapa? Dan telah menceritakan kepadaku [Yahya bin Habib] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Khalid bin Al Harits]. Dan diriwayatkan dari jalur lain, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Abdurrahman bin Bisyr] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Bahz] dia berkata; Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] dengan isnad seperti ini, namun dalam hadits mereka berdua disebutkan; "Supaya dia (Ibnu Umar) merujuknya." Dan dalam hadits mereka berdua juga disebutkan bahwa Yunus berkata; Saya bertanya kepada Ibnu Umar; Apakah engkau memperhitungkan talak tersebut? Dia menjawab; Memangnya kenapa?
