حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ، بَشَّارٍ قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يُونُسَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، يَقُولُ طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَتِي وَهْىَ حَائِضٌ فَأَتَى عُمَرُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لِيُرَاجِعْهَا . فَإِذَا طَهَرَتْ فَإِنْ شَاءَ فَلْيُطَلِّقْهَا " . قَالَ فَقُلْتُ لاِبْنِ عُمَرَ أَفَاحْتَسَبْتَ بِهَا قَالَ مَا يَمْنَعُهُ . أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ عَجَزَ وَاسْتَحْمَقَ
Terjemahan
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] dan [Ibnu Basyar]. Ibnu Mutsanna mengatakan; Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Ja'far] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] dari [Qatadah] dia berkata; Saya mendengar [Yunus bin Jubair] berkata; Saya mendengar [Ibnu Umar] berkata; Saya pernah menceraikan istriku yang sedang haidl, lantas Umar mendatangi Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan melaporkan hal itu kepadanya, kemudian Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Suruhlah dia (Ibnu Umar) merujuknya, jika istrinya telah suci, maka dia boleh mentalaknya." Dia (Yunus) berkata; Maka saya bertanya kepada Ibnu Umar; Apakah seorang istri harus menjalani masa iddahnya seperti itu? Dia menjawab; Apa kiranya yang menghalangi jatuhnya talak! Meskipun dia tidak mampu rujuk dan melakukan kebodohan?
