Sahih Muslim 3568
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، أَخْبَرَتْهَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ عِنْدَهَا وَإِنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ صَوْتَ رَجُلٍ يَسْتَأْذِنُ فِي بَيْتِ حَفْصَةَ . قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَذَا رَجُلٌ يَسْتَأْذِنُ فِي بَيْتِكَ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أُرَاهُ فُلاَنًا " . لِعَمِّ حَفْصَةَ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ . فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَوْ كَانَ فُلاَنٌ حَيًّا - لِعَمِّهَا مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ - دَخَلَ عَلَىَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " نَعَمْ إِنَّ الرَّضَاعَةَ تُحَرِّمُ مَا تُحَرِّمُ الْوِلاَدَةُ " .
Terjemahan
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yahya bin Yahya] dia berkata; Saya membaca di depan [Malik] dari [Abdullah bin Abu Bakar] dari ['Amrah] bahwasannya [Aisyah] telah mengabarkan kepadanya bahwa waktu itu Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam berada di sampingnya, sedangkan dia ('Aisyah) mendengar suara seorang laki-laki sedang minta izin untuk bertemu Rasulullah di rumahnya Hafshah, 'Aisyah berkata; Maka saya berkata; "Wahai Rasulullah, ada seorang laki-laki yang minta izin (bertemu denganmu) di rumahnya Hafshah". Maka Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Saya kira fulan itu adalah pamannya Hafshah dari saudara sesusuan." Aisyah bertanya; "Wahai Rasulullah, sekiranya fulan tersebut masih hidup -yaitu pamannya dari saudara sesusuan- apakah dia boleh masuk pula ke rumahku?" Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menjawab: "Ya, sebab hubungan karena susuan itu menyebabkan mahram sebagaimana hubungan karena kelahiran
