وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ، الْبَطِينِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، - رضى الله عنهما - أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ أُمِّي مَاتَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا صَوْمُ شَهْرٍ . فَقَالَ " أَرَأَيْتِ لَوْ كَانَ عَلَيْهَا دَيْنٌ أَكُنْتِ تَقْضِينَهُ " . قَالَتْ نَعَمْ . قَالَ " فَدَيْنُ اللَّهِ أَحَقُّ بِالْقَضَاءِ " .
Terjemahan
Dan Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Ishaq bin Ibrahim] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Isa bin Yunus] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al A'masy] dari [Muslim Al Bathin] dari [Sa'id bin Jubair] dari [Ibnu Abbas] radliallahu 'anhuma, bahwa ada seorang wanita mendatangi Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam seraya berkata, "Sesungguhnya ibuku telah meninggal, padahal ia masih memiliki hutang puasa selama satu bulan." Maka beliau pun bersabda: "Bagaimana menurutmu jika ibumu memiliki hutang uang, apakah kamu akan melunasinya?" wanita itu menjawab, "Ya, tentu." Beliau bersabda: "Kalau begitu, hutang kepada Allah lebih berhak untuk dilunasi
