حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يُحَدِّثُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الْجُرَيْرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ خَلَتِ الْبِقَاعُ حَوْلَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَأَرَادَ بَنُو سَلِمَةَ أَنْ يَنْتَقِلُوا إِلَى قُرْبِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ لَهُمْ " إِنَّهُ بَلَغَنِي أَنَّكُمْ تُرِيدُونَ أَنْ تَنْتَقِلُوا قُرْبَ الْمَسْجِدِ " . قَالُوا نَعَمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَدْ أَرَدْنَا ذَلِكَ . فَقَالَ " يَا بَنِي سَلِمَةَ دِيَارَكُمْ تُكْتَبْ آثَارُكُمْ دِيَارَكُمْ تُكْتَبْ آثَارُكُمْ " .
Terjemahan
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdusshamad bin Abdul Warits] katanya; aku mendengar [Ayahku] menceritakan, katanya; telah menceritakan kepadaku [Al Jurairi] dari [Abu Nadlrah] dari [Jabir bin Abdullah] katanya; "Di sekitar masjid ada beberapa bidang tanah yang masih kosong, maka Bani Salamah berinisiatif untuk pindah dekat masjid. Ketika berita ini sampai ke telinga Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau bersabda; "Rupanya telah sampai berita kepadaku bahwa kalian ingin pindah dekat masjid." Mereka menjawab; "Benar wahai Rasulullah, kami memang ingin seperti itu." Beliau lalu bersabda: "Wahai Bani Salamah, pertahankanlah rumah kalian, sebab langkah kalian akan dicatat, pertahankanlah rumah kalian, sebab langkah kalian akan dicatat
