Sahih Muslim 5832
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، - يَعْنِي الثَّقَفِيَّ - قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى، بْنَ سَعِيدٍ يَقُولُ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، أَنَّ أَبَا لُبَابَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْمُنْذِرِ الأَنْصَارِيَّ، - وَكَانَ مَسْكَنُهُ بِقُبَاءٍ فَانْتَقَلَ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ - فَبَيْنَمَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ جَالِسًا مَعَهُ يَفْتَحُ خَوْخَةً لَهُ إِذَا هُمْ بِحَيَّةٍ مِنْ عَوَامِرِ الْبُيُوتِ فَأَرَادُوا قَتْلَهَا فَقَالَ أَبُو لُبَابَةَ إِنَّهُ قَدْ نُهِيَ عَنْهُنَّ - يُرِيدُ عَوَامِرَ الْبُيُوتِ - وَأُمِرَ بِقَتْلِ الأَبْتَرِ وَذِي الطُّفْيَتَيْنِ وَقِيلَ هُمَا اللَّذَانِ يَلْتَمِعَانِ الْبَصَرَ وَيَطْرَحَانِ أَوْلاَدَ النِّسَاءِ .
Traduction
Rapporté par Nafi‘ : Abu Lubaba ibn ‘Abd al-Mundhir al-Ansari vivait d’abord à Quba, puis il s’est installé à Médine. Alors qu’il était avec ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar pour lui ouvrir une fenêtre, ils ont soudain vu un serpent dans la maison. Les habitants ont voulu le tuer, mais Abu Lubaba a dit : « Il a été interdit de tenter de tuer les serpents des maisons, mais il a été ordonné de tuer les serpents à petite queue, les petits serpents et ceux qui ont des bandes sur le corps, car il a été dit que ces deux types nuisent à la vue et provoquent des fausses couches chez les femmes. »
