Sahih Muslim 5735 — Book 39, Hadith 89

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ، مَعْبَدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ نَزَلْنَا مَنْزِلاً فَأَتَتْنَا امْرَأَةٌ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ سَيِّدَ الْحَىِّ سَلِيمٌ لُدِغَ فَهَلْ فِيكُمْ مِنْ رَاقٍ فَقَامَ مَعَهَا رَجُلٌ مِنَّا مَا كُنَّا نَظُنُّهُ يُحْسِنُ رُقْيَةً فَرَقَاهُ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ فَبَرَأَ فَأَعْطَوْهُ غَنَمًا وَسَقَوْنَا لَبَنًا فَقُلْنَا أَكُنْتَ تُحْسِنُ رُقْيَةً فَقَالَ مَا رَقَيْتُهُ إِلاَّ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ ‏.‏ قَالَ فَقُلْتُ لاَ تُحَرِّكُوهَا حَتَّى نَأْتِيَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏ فَأَتَيْنَا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَذَكَرْنَا ذَلِكَ لَهُ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ مَا كَانَ يُدْرِيهِ أَنَّهَا رُقْيَةٌ اقْسِمُوا وَاضْرِبُوا لِي بِسَهْمٍ مَعَكُمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Traduction

Rapporté par Abu Sa’id al-Khudri رضي الله عنه : Nous sommes arrivés dans un endroit où une femme est venue nous voir et a dit : « Un scorpion a piqué le chef de la tribu. Y a-t-il parmi vous quelqu’un qui sait faire des incantations ? » L’un d’entre nous s’est levé pour l’accompagner. Nous ne savions pas qu’il savait faire des incantations, mais il a récité la sourate Al-Fatiha et le chef a guéri. Ils lui ont donné un troupeau de moutons et nous ont servi du lait. Nous lui avons demandé : « Es-tu un bon incantateur ? » Il répondit : « Je n’ai fait que réciter la sourate Al-Fatiha. » Il ajouta : « Ne conduisez pas ces moutons avant que nous ayons demandé au Messager d’Allah ﷺ si nous pouvons accepter cette récompense. » Nous sommes donc allés voir le Prophète ﷺ et lui avons raconté l’histoire. Il dit : « Comment as-tu su que la sourate Al-Fatiha pouvait servir d’incantation ? » Puis il ajouta : « Partagez-les entre vous et réservez-m’en une part aussi. »
