Sahih Muslim 5333
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَبَلَةَ، بْنَ سُحَيْمٍ قَالَ كَانَ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ يَرْزُقُنَا التَّمْرَ - قَالَ - وَقَدْ كَانَ أَصَابَ النَّاسَ يَوْمَئِذٍ جُهْدٌ وَكُنَّا نَأْكُلُ فَيَمُرُّ عَلَيْنَا ابْنُ عُمَرَ وَنَحْنُ نَأْكُلُ فَيَقُولُ لاَ تُقَارِنُوا فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الإِقْرَانِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَسْتَأْذِنَ الرَّجُلُ أَخَاهُ . قَالَ شُعْبَةُ لاَ أُرَى هَذِهِ الْكَلِمَةَ إِلاَّ مِنْ كَلِمَةِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ . يَعْنِي الاِسْتِئْذَانَ .
Traduction
Rapporté par Jabala b. Suhaim : Ibn Zubair nous donnait des dattes à manger à une époque où les gens souffraient de la famine. Un jour, alors que nous mangions, Ibn ‘Umar est arrivé devant nous. Il a dit : « Ne mangez pas deux dattes à la fois, car le Messager d’Allah ﷺ l’a interdit, sauf si vous demandez la permission à votre compagnon. » Shu’ba a dit : « Je pense que ces paroles sur la demande de permission viennent d’Ibn ‘Umar. »
