Sahih Muslim 5215
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، سَمِعَهُ مِنْ، سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعَثَهُ وَمُعَاذًا إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ لَهُمَا " بَشِّرَا وَيَسِّرَا وَعَلِّمَا وَلاَ تُنَفِّرَا " . وَأُرَاهُ قَالَ " وَتَطَاوَعَا " . قَالَ فَلَمَّا وَلَّى رَجَعَ أَبُو مُوسَى فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ لَهُمْ شَرَابًا مِنَ الْعَسَلِ يُطْبَخُ حَتَّى يَعْقِدَ وَالْمِزْرُ يُصْنَعُ مِنَ الشَّعِيرِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " كُلُّ مَا أَسْكَرَ عَنِ الصَّلاَةِ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Abu Burda, d’après son grand-père : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ l’a envoyé, lui et Mu‘adh b. Jabal, au Yémen et leur a dit : « Annoncez de bonnes nouvelles aux gens, facilitez-leur les choses, enseignez-leur et ne les repoussez pas. » Et je pense qu’il a aussi dit : « Aidez-vous les uns les autres avec bonne humeur. » Quand le Prophète ﷺ s’est retourné, Abu Musa est revenu vers lui et a dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah, les gens du Yémen ont une boisson faite à partir de miel, qu’ils font cuire jusqu’à ce qu’elle épaississe, et le Mizr est préparé à partir d’orge. » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a alors dit : « Tout ce qui enivre et vous détourne de la prière est interdit. »
