Sahih Muslim 4974
وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ، أَبِي السَّفَرِ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْمِعْرَاضِ فَقَالَ " إِذَا أَصَابَ بِحَدِّهِ فَكُلْ وَإِذَا أَصَابَ بِعَرْضِهِ فَقَتَلَ فَإِنَّهُ وَقِيذٌ فَلاَ تَأْكُلْ " . وَسَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْكَلْبِ فَقَالَ " إِذَا أَرْسَلْتَ كَلْبَكَ وَذَكَرْتَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ فَكُلْ فَإِنْ أَكَلَ مِنْهُ فَلاَ تَأْكُلْ فَإِنَّهُ إِنَّمَا أَمْسَكَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ " . قُلْتُ فَإِنْ وَجَدْتُ مَعَ كَلْبِي كَلْبًا آخَرَ فَلاَ أَدْرِي أَيُّهُمَا أَخَذَهُ قَالَ " فَلاَ تَأْكُلْ فَإِنَّمَا سَمَّيْتَ عَلَى كَلْبِكَ وَلَمْ تُسَمِّ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ " .
Translation
Rapporté par ‘Adi ibn Hatim رضي الله عنه : Il a demandé au Messager d’Allah ﷺ au sujet de la chasse avec une flèche à bout émoussé. Il a dit : « Si elle frappe le gibier avec sa pointe, alors mange, mais si elle frappe à plat et que l’animal meurt, c’est un animal tué par le choc, ne le mange pas. » J’ai aussi demandé au Messager d’Allah ﷺ au sujet de la chasse avec des chiens. Il a dit : « Quand tu envoies ton chien en prononçant le nom d’Allah, alors mange le gibier, mais si le chien en a mangé une partie, ne le mange pas, car il l’a attrapé pour lui-même. » J’ai demandé : « Si je trouve un autre chien avec le mien et que je ne sais pas lequel a attrapé le gibier, que dois-je faire ? » Il a répondu : « Alors ne le mange pas, car tu as prononcé le nom d’Allah sur ton chien et non sur l’autre. »
