Sahih Muslim 4908
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " حُرْمَةُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ كَحُرْمَةِ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ وَمَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْقَاعِدِينَ يَخْلُفُ رَجُلاً مِنَ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ فى أَهْلِهِ فَيَخُونُهُ فِيهِمْ إِلاَّ وُقِفَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَيَأْخُذُ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ مَا شَاءَ فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْ " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Sulaiman b. Buraida, qui le tenait de son père رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « La protection des épouses des combattants est aussi sacrée que celle de leur propre mère pour ceux qui restent à la maison (c’est-à-dire qui ne partent pas au combat). Celui qui reste et trahit la confiance en ne protégeant pas la famille d’un combattant sera placé le Jour du Jugement devant ce combattant, qui prendra de ses bonnes actions autant qu’il voudra. Alors, pensez-vous qu’il lui en laissera ? »
