Sahih Muslim 4788
وَحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَهْدِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، عَنْ غَيْلاَنَ بْنِ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ رِيَاحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ خَرَجَ مِنَ الطَّاعَةِ وَفَارَقَ الْجَمَاعَةَ ثُمَّ مَاتَ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً وَمَنْ قُتِلَ تَحْتَ رَايَةٍ عُمِّيَّةٍ يَغْضَبُ لِلْعَصَبَةِ وَيُقَاتِلُ لِلْعَصَبَةِ فَلَيْسَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي وَمَنْ خَرَجَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي عَلَى أُمَّتِي يَضْرِبُ بَرَّهَا وَفَاجِرَهَا لاَ يَتَحَاشَ مِنْ مُؤْمِنِهَا وَلاَ يَفِي بِذِي عَهْدِهَا فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Abu Hurayra رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui se détourne de l’obéissance (à l’Amir) et se sépare du groupe principal des musulmans, et meurt dans cet état, meurt comme à l’époque de l’ignorance. Et celui qui est tué sous la bannière d’un homme aveugle (quant à la justice de sa cause), qui s’enflamme pour l’honneur de sa famille et combat pour sa tribu, n’est pas de ma communauté. Et quiconque parmi mes partisans attaque mes propres partisans (sans distinction), tuant les pieux comme les mauvais, sans épargner même ceux qui sont fermes dans la foi et sans remplir ses obligations envers ceux à qui on a accordé la sécurité, n’est pas de moi (c’est-à-dire n’est pas mon partisan). »
