Sahih Muslim 4771
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَهْبِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمِّي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنِي بُكَيْرٌ، عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ جُنَادَةَ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ، قَالَ دَخَلْنَا عَلَى عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ فَقُلْنَا حَدِّثْنَا أَصْلَحَكَ اللَّهُ، بِحَدِيثٍ يَنْفَعُ اللَّهُ بِهِ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ، رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . فَقَالَ دَعَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَبَايَعْنَاهُ فَكَانَ فِيمَا أَخَذَ عَلَيْنَا أَنْ بَايَعَنَا عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ فِي مَنْشَطِنَا وَمَكْرَهِنَا وَعُسْرِنَا وَيُسْرِنَا وَأَثَرَةٍ عَلَيْنَا وَأَنْ لاَ نُنَازِعَ الأَمْرَ أَهْلَهُ قَالَ " إِلاَّ أَنْ تَرَوْا كُفْرًا بَوَاحًا عِنْدَكُمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ فِيهِ بُرْهَانٌ " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Junida b. Abu Umayya : Nous avons rendu visite à 'Ubada b. Samit alors qu’il était malade et lui avons dit : « Qu’Allah te donne la santé ! Raconte-nous une tradition dont Allah pourra nous faire profiter, et que tu as entendue du Messager d’Allah ﷺ. » Il a dit : « Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ nous a appelés et nous lui avons prêté serment d’allégeance. Parmi les engagements qu’il a rendus obligatoires pour nous, il y avait : écouter et obéir à l’émir, dans la satisfaction comme dans le mécontentement, dans la difficulté comme dans la facilité, même si quelqu’un d’autre est préféré à nous, et ne pas contester la décision de confier une responsabilité à celui qui en est investi. L’obéissance doit lui être accordée en toutes circonstances, sauf si vous voyez chez lui un signe évident de mécréance envers Allah, un signe qui vous servirait de justification devant Lui. »
