Sahih Muslim 4724
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ " أَلاَ كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ فَالأَمِيرُ الَّذِي عَلَى النَّاسِ رَاعٍ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ وَالرَّجُلُ رَاعٍ عَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْهُمْ وَالْمَرْأَةُ رَاعِيَةٌ عَلَى بَيْتِ بَعْلِهَا وَوَلَدِهِ وَهِيَ مَسْئُولَةٌ عَنْهُمْ وَالْعَبْدُ رَاعٍ عَلَى مَالِ سَيِّدِهِ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْهُ أَلاَ فَكُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Sachez que chacun de vous est un berger et chacun de vous est responsable de son troupeau. Le calife est berger pour le peuple et il sera interrogé sur ses administrés (sur la façon dont il a géré leurs affaires). Un homme est responsable des membres de sa famille et il sera interrogé sur eux (sur la manière dont il a veillé à leur bien-être matériel et moral). Une femme est responsable du foyer de son mari et de ses enfants, et elle sera interrogée sur eux (sur la façon dont elle a géré la maison et élevé les enfants). Un esclave est responsable des biens de son maître et il sera interrogé sur cela (sur la façon dont il a protégé ce qui lui était confié). Soyez attentifs : chacun de vous est un responsable et chacun de vous sera interrogé sur ce qui lui a été confié. »
