Sahih Muslim 4416
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ، بَشَّارٍ جَمِيعًا عَنْ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ كَانَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ كُرِبَ لِذَلِكَ وَتَرَبَّدَ لَهُ وَجْهُهُ - قَالَ - فَأُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ فَلُقِيَ كَذَلِكَ فَلَمَّا سُرِّيَ عَنْهُ قَالَ " خُذُوا عَنِّي فَقَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلاً الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ الثَّيِّبُ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ ثُمَّ رَجْمٌ بِالْحِجَارَةِ وَالْبِكْرُ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ ثُمَّ نَفْىُ سَنَةٍ " .
Traduction
Rapporté par 'Ubada ibn as-Samit : Chaque fois que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ recevait une révélation, il ressentait sa rigueur et la couleur de son visage changeait. Un jour, une révélation descendit sur lui, il en ressentit la rigueur. Quand ce fut terminé et qu’il se sentit soulagé, il dit : « Prenez de moi. En vérité, Allah a prescrit une voie pour celles (les femmes qui commettent la fornication) : lorsqu’un homme marié commet l’adultère avec une femme mariée, et un homme non marié avec une femme non mariée, alors pour les mariés, la peine est cent coups de fouet puis la lapidation à mort. Et pour les non mariés, la peine est cent coups de fouet et l’exil pour un an. »
