Sahih Muslim 4196
وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَمْسِكُوا عَلَيْكُمْ أَمْوَالَكُمْ وَلاَ تُفْسِدُوهَا فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ أَعْمَرَ عُمْرَى فَهِيَ لِلَّذِي أُعْمِرَهَا حَيًّا وَمَيِّتًا وَلِعَقِبِهِ " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Jabir (b. 'Abdullah) (qu’Allah soit satisfait de lui) : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Gardez vos biens pour vous et ne les gaspillez pas, car celui qui fait un don à vie à quelqu’un, ce bien appartiendra à celui à qui il a été donné, qu’il vive ou qu’il meure, et il sera transmis à ses héritiers (comme héritage). »
