Sahih Muslim 4186
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ النَّوْفَلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، قَالَ نَحَلَنِي أَبِي نُحْلاً ثُمَّ أَتَى بِي إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِيُشْهِدَهُ فَقَالَ " أَكُلَّ وَلَدِكَ أَعْطَيْتَهُ هَذَا " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " أَلَيْسَ تُرِيدُ مِنْهُمُ الْبِرَّ مِثْلَ مَا تُرِيدُ مِنْ ذَا " . قَالَ بَلَى . قَالَ " فَإِنِّي لاَ أَشْهَدُ " . قَالَ ابْنُ عَوْنٍ فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ مُحَمَّدًا فَقَالَ إِنَّمَا تَحَدَّثْنَا أَنَّهُ قَالَ " قَارِبُوا بَيْنَ أَوْلاَدِكُمْ " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Nu'man b. Bashir : Mon père m’a offert un cadeau, puis il m’a amené auprès du Messager d’Allah ﷺ pour qu’il en soit témoin. Le Prophète ﷺ demanda : « As-tu donné un tel cadeau à chacun de tes fils, comme tu l’as fait pour Nu'man ? » Il répondit : « Non. » Le Prophète ﷺ dit alors : « N’attends-tu pas de la bonté de leur part, comme tu en attends de lui ? » Il répondit : « Bien sûr. » Le Prophète ﷺ dit : « Je ne peux pas en être témoin (car c’est une injustice). » Ibn Aun (un des rapporteurs) dit : J’ai raconté ce hadith à Muhammad (l’autre rapporteur) qui a dit : « En vérité, nous avons rapporté que le Prophète ﷺ a dit : “Soyez équitables envers vos enfants.” »
