Sahih Muslim 3957
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ مُجَاهِدًا، قَالَ لِطَاوُسٍ انْطَلِقْ بِنَا إِلَى ابْنِ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ فَاسْمَعْ مِنْهُ الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم - قَالَ - فَانْتَهَرَهُ قَالَ إِنِّي وَاللَّهِ لَوْ أَعْلَمُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْهُ مَا فَعَلْتُهُ وَلَكِنْ حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنْهُمْ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لأَنْ يَمْنَحَ الرَّجُلُ أَخَاهُ أَرْضَهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ عَلَيْهَا خَرْجًا مَعْلُومًا " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Mujahid : Mujahid a dit à Tiwus : « Viens avec moi chez Ibn Rafi b. Khadij pour écouter de lui le hadith transmis par son père (concernant la location de terres) du Messager d’Allah ﷺ. » Tawus l’a réprimandé et a dit : « Par Allah, si je savais que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ l’avait interdit, je ne l’aurais jamais fait. Mais quelqu’un qui en a une meilleure connaissance que les autres (il voulait parler d’Ibn Abbas) m’a rapporté que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : “Il vaut mieux qu’une personne prête sa terre à son frère pour la cultiver plutôt que d’en recevoir un loyer déterminé.” »
