Sahih Muslim 3735
وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَقُتَيْبَةُ، وَابْنُ، رُمْحٍ عَنِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ صَفِيَّةَ، بِنْتَ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَتْهُ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ، أَوْ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَوْ عَنْ كِلْتَيْهِمَا، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَحِلُّ لاِمْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ - أَوْ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ - أَنْ تُحِدَّ عَلَى مَيِّتٍ فَوْقَ ثَلاَثَةِ أَيَّامٍ إِلاَّ عَلَى زَوْجِهَا " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Safiyya bint Abu ‘Ubaid d’après Hafsa ou ‘Aïsha رضي الله عنهما ou d’après les deux : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Il n’est pas permis à une femme croyant en Allah et au Jour dernier (ou croyant en Allah et en Son Messager) de porter le deuil pour un défunt plus de trois jours, sauf en cas de décès de son mari. »
