وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ، تَزَوَّجَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ بِنْتَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ فَطَلَّقَهَا فَأَخْرَجَهَا مِنْ عِنْدِهِ فَعَابَ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ عُرْوَةُ فَقَالُوا إِنَّ فَاطِمَةَ قَدْ خَرَجَتْ . قَالَ عُرْوَةُ فَأَتَيْتُ عَائِشَةَ فَأَخْبَرْتُهَا بِذَلِكَ فَقَالَتْ مَا لِفَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ خَيْرٌ فِي أَنْ تَذْكُرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ .
Traduction
Rapporté par Hisham, d’après son père : Yahya ibn Sa'id ibn al-'As a épousé la fille de 'Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Hakam, puis il l’a divorcée et l’a fait sortir de sa maison. 'Urwa رضي الله عنه a critiqué cette action des membres de la famille de son ex-mari. Ils ont dit : « En vérité, Fatima aussi est sortie (de la maison de son ex-mari). » 'Urwa a dit : « Je suis allé voir 'Aïsha رضي الله عنها et je lui ai parlé de cela, et elle a dit : “Il n’y a rien de bon pour Fatima bint Qais رضي الله عنها à en parler.” »
