وَحَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَنَاجَشُوا وَلاَ يَبِعِ الْمَرْءُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ وَلاَ يَخْطُبِ الْمَرْءُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ تَسْأَلِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلاَقَ الأُخْرَى لِتَكْتَفِئَ مَا فِي إِنَائِهَا " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Ne surenchérissez pas dans une vente pour piéger quelqu’un. Personne ne doit entrer dans une transaction déjà engagée par son frère, et aucun citadin ne doit vendre au nom d’un villageois. Et personne ne doit faire une demande en mariage déjà faite par son frère, et aucune femme ne doit demander le divorce d’une autre (coépouse) pour lui prendre ce qui lui revient. »
