Sahih Muslim 3302 — Book 15, Hadith 506

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ ‏"‏ لاَ هِجْرَةَ وَلَكِنْ جِهَادٌ وَنِيَّةٌ وَإِذَا اسْتُنْفِرْتُمْ فَانْفِرُوا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ ‏"‏ إِنَّ هَذَا الْبَلَدَ حَرَّمَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ بِحُرْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يَحِلَّ الْقِتَالُ فِيهِ لأَحَدٍ قَبْلِي وَلَمْ يَحِلَّ لِي إِلاَّ سَاعَةً مِنْ نَهَارٍ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ بِحُرْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لاَ يُعْضَدُ شَوْكُهُ وَلاَ يُنَفَّرُ صَيْدُهُ وَلاَ يَلْتَقِطُ إِلاَّ مَنْ عَرَّفَهَا وَلاَ يُخْتَلَى خَلاَهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِلاَّ الإِذْخِرَ فَإِنَّهُ لِقَيْنِهِمْ وَلِبُيُوتِهِمْ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ إِلاَّ الإِذْخِرَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Traduction

Rapporté par Ibn ‘Abbas رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit, le jour de la Victoire de La Mecque : « Il n’y a plus de Hijra (émigration), mais seulement le jihad et la bonne intention ; et lorsque vous êtes appelés au combat, alors partez. » Il a aussi dit ce jour-là : « Allah a rendu cette ville sacrée le jour où Il a créé la terre et les cieux ; elle est sacrée par la sainteté qu’Allah lui a donnée jusqu’au Jour de la Résurrection. Le combat n’y était permis à personne avant moi, et il ne m’a été permis qu’une heure, un seul jour. Elle reste sacrée par la sainteté qu’Allah lui a donnée jusqu’au Jour de la Résurrection. On ne doit pas couper ses épines, ni chasser son gibier, et ce qui y est trouvé ne doit être ramassé que par celui qui l’annonce publiquement. On ne doit pas couper sa verdure fraîche. » ‘Abbas رضي الله عنه dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah, sauf le jonc, car il est utile à nos forgerons et à nos maisons. » Le Prophète ﷺ accepta la suggestion de ‘Abbas et dit : « Sauf le jonc. »
