Sahih Muslim 2738
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، - رضى الله عنهما - قَالَ قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَلَمْ أُخْبَرْ أَنَّكَ تَقُومُ اللَّيْلَ وَتَصُومُ النَّهَارَ " . قُلْتُ إِنِّي أَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ . قَالَ " فَإِنَّكَ إِذَا فَعَلْتَ ذَلِكَ هَجَمَتْ عَيْنَاكَ وَنَفِهَتْ نَفْسُكَ لِعَيْنِكَ حَقٌّ وَلِنَفْسِكَ حَقٌّ وَلأَهْلِكَ حَقٌّ قُمْ وَنَمْ وَصُمْ وَأَفْطِرْ " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Abdullah ibn Amr رضي الله عنهما : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ m’a dit : « On m’a informé que tu pries toute la nuit et que tu jeûnes tous les jours. » J’ai répondu : « C’est vrai. » Il a dit : « Si tu fais cela, tu fatigueras beaucoup tes yeux et tu t’affaibliras. Tes yeux ont un droit sur toi, ton corps a un droit sur toi, ta famille a un droit sur toi. Prie et dors, jeûne et arrête-toi. »
