حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، - رضى الله عنه - أَنَّ رَجُلاً، وَقَعَ بِامْرَأَتِهِ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَاسْتَفْتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ " هَلْ تَجِدُ رَقَبَةً " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " وَهَلْ تَسْتَطِيعُ صِيَامَ شَهْرَيْنِ " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " فَأَطْعِمْ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا " .
Traduction
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Un homme a eu un rapport avec sa femme pendant le Ramadan (alors qu’il jeûnait). Il a demandé au Messager d’Allah ﷺ ce qu’il devait faire. Le Prophète ﷺ lui a dit : « Peux-tu affranchir un esclave ? » Il a répondu : Non. Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Peux-tu jeûner deux mois consécutifs ? » Il a répondu : Non. Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Alors nourris soixante pauvres. »
